Refunds, Returns & Guarantee Policy
At Axos Supplements, we believe in creating products that support your wellbeing — and we back that up with clear, fair policies. Whether you’re trying us for the first time or returning something that didn’t work out, this page outlines everything you need to know.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (U.S. customers only)
We want your first experience with Axos Supplements to feel confident — not risky. That’s why eligible first-time U.S. customers are backed by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
You’re eligible if:

The product is priced at $50 or less

You ordered one bottle per product type

You purchased directly from [axossupplements.com]

You have a U.S. shipping and billing address

You request a refund within 90 days of your delivery

The product is not part of a bundle, multi-pack, or promotion
Subscriptions? Yes — the first order of a new subscription qualifies under the guarantee.
What’s not eligible:

Products over $50

Bundles, multi-packs, or discounted kits

Repeat purchases of the same product

More than one unit of a product in the same order

Orders from outside the U.S.

Purchases made through resellers or third-party marketplaces

Shipping fees, taxes, and promotional discounts

Free gifts or bonus items
How to request a refund under the 90-Day Guarantee:
Email sales@axossupplements.com with the following:

Your full name and order number

The product name you'd like refunded

A short note about your experience (we use this to improve!)

A clear photo of the product, showing the label and batch code (if opened)
We’ll respond within 2–4 business days with next steps.
In some cases, we may request that the product be returned before your refund is approved.
Additional terms:

Refunds apply to the original product cost only

Shipping, taxes, and discounts are not refunded

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2 business days, but may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Only one refund per product type per household is allowed

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if abuse or fraud is suspected
When your 90-day period begins:
Your 90-day guarantee starts from the day your order is marked as delivered, not the order date. This gives you the full time to try the product, experience the benefits, and decide if it’s right for you.
Abuse Prevention & Fair Use Policy:
Our 90-Day Guarantee is here to help new customers try our products with peace of mind. To keep things fair for all customers, we’ve put a few safeguards in place.
We reserve the right to:

Decline refund requests from accounts, addresses, or customers with a history of excessive refund activity

Request additional information or proof of purchase to validate claims

Limit refunds to one per household, product type, or payment method
-
Deny refund claims that fall outside the intended purpose or spirit of the guarantee
This guarantee is offered at our discretion and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Standard Returns & Refunds
If your order does not qualify for the 90-Day Guarantee — for example, if you're an international customer, the item is unopened, or you purchased a bundle — here's how returns work:
Unopened products

We accept returns of unopened products with the original safety seal intact

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase

Products must be purchased directly from [axossupplements.com]

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

You must contact us before returning any item
To begin, email sales@axossupplements.com with your order details. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
Note: Returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center. We will provide the address after your return is approved — please do not send items back without prior approval.
Opened products
Opened products do not qualify for refunds unless covered by the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee above.
However, in special situations we may offer:

Store credit

Product troubleshooting or usage tips

Other tailored solutions to make things right
Opened products returned outside the 90-Day Guarantee window will not be refunded unless we determine a quality or fulfillment issue has occurred.
International Orders
At this time, the 90-Day Guarantee is not available to international customers.
For international returns:

Only unopened products may be returned, within 30 days of purchase

Return shipping and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method
-
Some products may not be returnable depending on your country’s import/export rules

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@axossupplements.com.
Damaged items and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Include photos showing the damage/issue and your order number.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
